Wo Long 2: Wings of Ember launches March 4, 2027 on PS5, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch 2, and PC via Steam and the Microsoft Store, with day-one Xbox Game Pass. That slate is broader than the Alpha Demo window, which matters if you are planning a Switch 2 purchase path.

The story frame mixes returning Three Kingdoms figures with a phoenix-powered protagonist and a Cao Cao antagonist thread. Famous open fields such as Changban and Red Cliffs sit beside demon battlefields inspired by Chinese classics. Alpha Demo window

The Alpha Demo is live now until September 30, 2026 at 15:00 UTC on PS5, Xbox Series, Steam, and the Microsoft Store. It is not available on Switch 2. Online play is required; offline launches will fail. Completing the demo unlocks the Fledgling Phoenix Helmet for the full game when you use the same account and device. Demo character creation is labeled in-progress by the studio, so treat looks and virtue setups as provisional. Co-op supports up to three players—ideal for learning Insight timings together before the 2027 launch.
